Build a better body.Period.
RAW is an app to log your strength training, on iPhone and Android. Every set, with last time beside it.
Come back the day RAW is out: these will take you to your store.

Log the set with last time beside it
Last time's weight and reps sit in gray beside each set. Mark it and RAW logs them, or type what you lifted today.
- Warm-up, drop, failure and rest-pause sets
- A rest timer that starts on its own and rings with the phone locked
- Supersets and notes on each exercise
- Bodyweight exercises with added weight or assistance

A medal for every record
RAW compares each set with everything you logged before. Beat it and the set number turns into a medal, in the middle of the workout.
- Records for heaviest weight, estimated 1RM, reps and volume
- A summary of each workout: volume, muscles, records and the change since last time
- A page for each exercise with its records and its history
- Edit or delete a workout and your records move with it

Routines that follow your week
Give each routine its days and Workout shows the one for today. Start it and last time's numbers are already there.
- Routines in folders that fold away
- “Today” picks the day's routine from its days
- An editor with rep ranges, optional effort (RPE) and supersets
- When you finish, RAW offers to update the routine with what you changed
- 8 plans to start from, each number traced to its source on the science page
Three rules
Works with no signal
In the gym's basement too. Log the set and carry on, signal or not.
Nothing sold, nothing tracked
No advertising. Your training is never sold. RAW does not follow you across apps or websites.
Works with screen readers
Buttons, sets and figures labeled for VoiceOver and TalkBack, and large text up to 200%.
Where it is today
Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. The test build already logs workouts and keeps the rest timer going with the phone locked. It marks your records and saves a summary of each workout. It has routines in folders, tells you which one is for today and comes with 8 plans. The library has more than 880 exercises, and you can add your own.
